What to check in the result
target/files/diagnostics/reloadShell/committedPaths/completedStages/recovery. Completed paths and stages, and retainedPath, are preserved even on error.
Behavior and states to watch
- Read the offline plan and install orke-owned guides with --apply. No daemon or browser is needed.
