TERMS OF USE
Terms of Use
These are the terms of use for orke (the “App”), distributed by orke (the “Company”). By installing or running the App, you are deemed to agree to these terms.
01Purpose and scope
These terms apply to installing, running, and using the App. Processing of personal information is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
02License
The Microsoft Store standard application license terms also apply to the App when installed through Microsoft Store. These terms supplement them. The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run the App.
03Your responsibilities
The App runs coding agents with permission checks disabled (claude --dangerously-skip-permissions, codex --yolo, agy --dangerously-skip-permissions). Agents can create, modify, and delete files and execute commands without confirmation.
- You are responsible for changes agents make to your computer, repositories, and accounts, and for their consequences. Use version control and backups for important work.
- The App does not isolate individual sessions. Running multiple sessions in the same folder may overwrite each other’s changes. Even when you choose the “Isolated environment,” isolated sessions share the same container and volume. Programs inside the isolated environment can connect to localhost services on this PC.
- You are responsible for the model provider usage and costs consumed by agents, and for managing those accounts.
- You must not use the App in violation of laws or the terms of third-party services.
04Third-party services
The App works with agent CLIs such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Hermes, and Antigravity; NVIDIA model services; optional web action decision models (TypeSafe Jev and Microsoft Decision-1); Google sign-in; HTTPS certificate authorities; Docker-compatible engines; and other services. Windows notifications require Windows App Runtime. These are subject to their respective providers’ terms. The Company does not warrant their availability, behavior, or changes.
Signing in to orke membership with Google is separate from signing in to an AI provider. Access from another device is approved using the same member account. You must provide a public IPv4 address, a valid certificate, port forwarding, and firewall configuration. The App does not provide relaying or automatic port forwarding and does not guarantee connectivity on every network.
The menu bar usage display uses interfaces that are not documented by the providers. Provider changes may cause it to stop working without notice. If that happens, only the affected feature is disabled.
05Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is.” The Company does not warrant that the App is suitable for your particular purpose, free of errors, or will operate without interruption. Supported operating systems and distributions are listed in the download guide.
06Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for data loss, lost profits, or other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the App. This clause does not apply to damages caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
07Changes to these terms
The Company may change these terms. Revised terms will be posted on this page with their effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change is deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
08Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to these terms will be resolved by a court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
