Replace the example IDs, folders, references, and revision with values from actual queries. Element references such as e7 must also come from the latest observation.

What to check in the result

mode: virtual|disabled, restartRequired:false. Future-version or unreadable files return safe data together with a settings_future_version/settings_unreadable error.

Behavior and states to watch

Read the saved mode from the existing daemon. The current browser runner's readiness is separate.
