Role and constraints

operator · windows, macos, linux

  • Requires a running daemon owned by the same OS user; --help never connects.
  • Use expectedRevision from the preceding read; concurrent edits are rejected rather than overwritten.
  • --key provider requires --value claude|codex|nvidia|antigravity. --key schedule also requires --value.
  • schedule accepts continuous, "every 30m", "every 2h" or "daily 09:00". An every interval is a positive integer followed by m or h, at most 366 days. Bare 30m is rejected. Quote values containing spaces in your shell.
  • hours accepts all or HH:mm-HH:mm (such as 09:00-18:00), including overnight 22:00-06:00. Equal start/end times are rejected. Omitting --value or passing an empty value removes hours and restores all-day availability. Hours restrict shift starts; an existing shift continues.
  • For claude-model, claude-effort, codex-model, codex-effort and nvidia-model, omitting --value or passing an empty value removes the saved optional setting. provider and schedule cannot be cleared.
